Aluwani Pandelani is the founder of A and P Civils and Trading. He started his career with WBHO as a student in 2004 and he resigned as a site Agent in 2009. He worked as a contract manager at various companies which include Black Top Surfacing ,Concor, Kaulani, Ramako Civil, Civicon and Buzaphi Construction. He currently holds a BTech­ Degree in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Johannesburg and a National Diploma from the Tshwane University of Technology. His experience covers investigations, construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, rail, dam structures, low costs housing, shopping centers, offices, filling stations and Water reticulation and sanitation. He is currently an affiliated member of ECSA.

Mashudu Netshanzhe started his career in 2005 with Buzaphi Earthworks. In 2006 he joined Protecon Construction where he worked as a Site Agent. In 2011 Transnet Freight Rail appointed him as a Contract manager. In 2013 he joined Transnet National Ports Authority as a Project Manager and he got promoted to Senior Project manager within six months. Due to his experience he was recalled from the Transnet National Ports Authority to Transnet Freight Rail to work on Transnet Freight Rail Mega Projects. He currently holds a B-Tech­ Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and National Diploma from the Tshwane University of Technology. His experience covers investigations, construction and maintenance of roads, slabs, bridges, rail, dam structures, low costs housing, shopping centers, offices, filling stations and water reticulation and sanitation. He is currently registered as a professional with ECSA.

Thivhonali Patricia Pandelani holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from the Tshwane University of Technology. She is presently busy with her B-Tech in Civil Engineering. She has worked as a Technician in Civil and construction projects ranging from roads, building infrastructures, dams, water and sanitation project.
